The Law Office of Stuckey, Fata & Segars, LLC, was opened in Bishopville, South Carolina by Attorney George M. Stuckey, Jr. (1924-1995) after his graduation from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Stuckey was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1950. The experience and knowledge Mr. Stuckey gained as former City Judge, Special Court Judge, Master-in-Equity (10 years), Lee County Attorney (20) years and nearly half a century in the practice of law has been passed on to attorneys, James R. Segars, Jr. and Paul M. Fata. Creighton M. Segars joined the law practice in 2021.
